Corporate Pilot Opportunities

Flight Crews Unlimited is seeking highly professional, safety-driven Corporate Pilots for all makes and models of business aircraft. Our pilots uphold the highest standards in passenger care, flight preparation, and operational excellence — both on the ground and in the air. Responsibilities include full trip planning and execution, pre- and post-flight inspections, baggage and cargo management, and international or domestic travel as required.

We welcome pilots who are mission-ready and client-focused for both contract and long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) on domestic and international flights
  • Operate aircraft in compliance with the aircraft flight manual, FAA regulations, and company procedures
  • Make go/no-go decisions based on safety and operational factors
  • Maintain technical proficiency and current knowledge of assigned aircraft systems
  • Stay current on all FAA regulations, Ops Specs, and AIM procedures

Pilot in Command Qualifications

  • 5,000+ total flight hours
  • 1,500+ hours in multi-engine aircraft
  • 250+ hours in aircraft type
  • Type rated in assigned aircraft
  • Valid FAA Pilot License & First Class Medical Certificate
  • Completed FAR Subpart 61.58 sim-based training within the past 12 months
  • Meets FAA  61.58 requirements

Second in Command Qualifications

  • 3,000+ total flight hours
  • 1,500+ hours in multi-engine aircraft
  • 100+ hours in aircraft type
  • Type rated in assigned aircraft
  • Valid FAA Pilot License & First Class Medical Certificate
  • Completed FAR Subpart 61.58 sim-based training within the past 12 months
  • Meets FAA 61.58 requirements

  • Must pass a comprehensive vetting and credentialing process
  • Valid U.S. passport (for N-registered aircraft)
