Flight Crews Unlimited is seeking detail-oriented, proactive Flight Coordinators and Licensed Dispatchers to manage flight operations and logistics for business aviation missions worldwide. These aviation professionals ensure each flight operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with FAA regulations.
Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and adjusting active missions, maintaining communication with crew members, and balancing safety with service timelines. We support talent seeking both contract flexibility and long-term partnerships with our distinguished clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform flight release planning and coordination with assigned crews
- Track flight progress and manage trip status updates
- Prepare and distribute flight schedules, adhering to duty, rest, and flight time regulations
- Use flight planning and operational software to manage mission data
- Maintain real-time communication with flight crews and operations stakeholders
Core Qualifications
- Experience as a Dispatcher or Flight Coordinator under Part 91, 135, or 121 operations
- Proficiency in flight planning and scheduling software platforms
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (preferred for Dispatcher-designated roles)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aviation operations or dispatch
- Valid U.S. Passport (for N-registered aircraft)
- Must pass comprehensive vetting and background check
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, team-oriented approach with high integrity
