Aircraft Maintenance Specialist Opportunities
Flight Crews Unlimited is seeking certified, technically skilled, and safety-focused Aircraft Maintenance Specialists for all makes and models of business aircraft. Our network includes FAA-certificated A&P Technicians, Avionics Technicians, Sheet Metal Experts, and maintenance leaders such as Chief Inspectors, Directors of Maintenance, and Directors of Quality.
Whether you’re conducting preflight inspections, troubleshooting advanced systems, or leading field repairs, you’ll be part of a team that supports mission-ready aviation maintenance with precision and professionalism.
We welcome aviation professionals pursuing flexible contracts or long-term roles with top-tier operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance per OEM manuals and internal procedures
- Troubleshoot, document, and repair airframe, powerplant, electrical, and avionics systems
- Conduct inspections and line maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with FAA safety and maintenance regulations
- Communicate progress and issues clearly to maintenance leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Core Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
- Aircraft-specific training (business jets or turboprop platforms)
- Multidisciplinary knowledge across aircraft systems, structures, and components
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aviation maintenance
- Successful completion of vetting and background screening
- Valid U.S. Passport (for N-registered aircraft)
- Professionalism, discretion, and teamwork are essential
