Flight Crews Unlimited is seeking professional, highly-motivated, dynamic Corporate Pilots for all makes and models of business aircraft. Our Pilots are responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers at all times, in addition to provide exceptional experience to all passengers. Pilots are responsible for conducting and overseeing all trip planning and execution and are required to perform all preflight and postflight inspections. Pilots may be required to handle all passenger baggage and cargo. Pilots may be required to travel domestically and/or internationally. Qualified applicants will be considered for contract assignments and/or full-time positions with our clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) of domestic and international flights on which the pilot has been assigned
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with the aircraft flight manual and company manuals
- Make decisions necessary to start, delay, cancel or deviate flights when operating conditions dictate
- Remain technically proficient and knowledgeable on assigned aircraft
- Remain knowledgeable on FARs, Ops Specs and AIM procedures
Pilot in Command:
- Minimum total flight time of 5000 total hours
- Minimum total flight time of 1500 hours in multi-engine aircraft
- Minimum total flight time of 250 hours in aircraft type
- PIC Type Rating in specific aircraft
- Valid Pilot License
- Valid 1st Class Medical certificate
- Completion of FAR Subpart 61.58 simulator-based training facility program within the last twelve (12) months
- Meet all FAA Part 91 61.58 Requirements
Second in Command:
- Minimum total flight time of 3500 total hours
- Minimum total flight time of 1500 hours in multi-engine aircraft
- Minimum total flight time of 100 hours in aircraft type
- PIC Type Rating in specific aircraft
- Valid Pilot License
- Valid 1st Class Medical certificate
- Completion of FAR Subpart 61.58 simulator-based training facility program within the last twelve (12) months
- Meet all FAA Part 91 61.58 Requirements

Flight Crews Unlimited is seeking professional, highly-motivated, dynamic Corporate Flight Attendants. Our Flight and Cabin Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers at all times in addition to providing an exceptional experience to all passengers by delivering elite customer service. Flight Attendants are required to attend to the safety, service and comfort of passengers on board each flight and assist in the event of an aircraft or medical emergency or evacuation. Superior culinary skills are required. Flight Attendants may be asked to plan menus, prepare food and beverages, and/or order catering and brief passengers on the features of the aircraft cabin. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough preflight and post-flight inspections of all cabin and galley equipment and inform the Pilot-in-Command of any discrepancies
- Establish leadership in the aircraft passenger cabin needed to ensure that the flight is operated in accordance with the company’s operation and service standards
- Provide a safety briefing to all passengers
- Conduct preflight check of all cabin safety equipment prior to each flight
- Act as a liaison between the passenger cabin, the Pilot in Command and ground service personnel
- Conduct the duties and responsibilities that relate to the safety of the aircraft, passenger, and crew and inform the Pilot-in-Command of any situation that could interfere with passenger safety or the flight
- Foster and maintain outstanding, elite service and client business relations through friendly and efficient response to passenger travel needs
- Perform proper cleaning of all cabin linens and serving ware
- Plan, order, prepare and serve all meals and beverages
Job Requirements:
- Annual completion of industry recognized corporate flight attendant safety and in-flight medical emergency training to include the emergency exits and equipment utilized in the specific aircraft type on which such individual Personnel is engaged and smoke evacuation, land and wet-ditch training
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate, including blood-borne pathogens training
- Culinary training and/or extensive culinary experience
- 3 to 5 years minimum corporate aviation experience

Our technicians are responsible for completing designated tasks while ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and crew members aboard the aircraft and/or while at the airport. The primary responsibility is to maintain the aircraft by repairing, servicing and troubleshooting systems including air-frames, engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, avionics equipment and aircraft instruments. Qualified applicants will be considered for contract assignments and/or full-time positions with our clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is performed according to the aircraft manufacturer maintenance manuals and operator’s policies and procedures
- Document maintenance discrepancies
- Execute directives concerning scheduled and unscheduled inspections and/or repairs
- Perform required maintenance checks, including line and service checks
- Provide supervisor with detailed report of work progression to include any open items
- Follow all safety procedures and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Our Dispatchers and Flight Coordinators are responsible for completing designated tasks and are primarily responsible for all planning and ongoing monitoring of all flights operating within the company’s flight department while demonstrating excellent customer service. Qualified applicants will be considered for contract assignments and/or full-time positions with our clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform flight release responsibilities with the flight crew as well as plan a safe and efficient operation in accordance with FAA regulations and company flight manuals
- Responsible to follow the status of all flights
- Prepare and distribute the Trip Schedule to necessary parties while managing duty, rest and flight time requirements
- Remain in constant contact with the flight crew
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Dispatcher or Flight Coordinator in Part 135, 91 or 121 Operations
- Experience with flight planning software
- Valid and Current Dispatcher License (for Dispatcher positions)
