- We interview you, your chief pilot, flight department manager, or other team members to determine crew member qualifications and read your corporate culture.
- We find the FCU crew member(s) who best meets or exceeds your requirements.
- After each flight, we obtain feedback from you on our service as well as your satisfaction with the crew member(s).
- After a few flights, we begin developing a list of preferred crew members to use on your assignments.
- Once an FCU crew member is added to your “preferred list,” you have priority over any new FCU customers when scheduling these select individuals on your flights.
Our commitment to service does not end there. We continue working with your flight department to monitor the performance of each crew member. We pride ourselves in being responsive to our customer’s needs by addressing any concerns in an expedient and fair manner.
